Shipping method doesn't auto-select with coupon was created by PhantomPWR
Hi Everyone,

The auto select and auto submit shipping method in the checkout works fine, but as soon as a coupon is entered, it has to be selected manually.

If I remove the coupon, the shipping method is not selected.

In my checkout configuration "auto select default shipping and payment methods", "auto submit shipping and payment methods" and "force shipping regardless of weight" are all set to "Yes".

Any ideas?

Hi,

Make sure that you have the shipping view in your checkout workflow or the shipping method won't be reselected.

That looks ok. Make sure that you're using the latest version as I recall fixing things in the checkout for 2.1.1 regarding reselection of shipping/payment methods during the checkout.

I tested it on my end and the shipping method is checked even when a coupon code is entered, did you solved your problem ?

No I haven't fixed it. I was waiting for Nicolas to have a look this week, once he's back.

I've just tested it and I still have the same problem. Please see the attached image...
