I downloaded the free version of hikashop. Everything works fine, but I want that customers can take these steps:

- Cart summary
- Added shipping address
- Terms and conditions
- Payment
- Purchase confirmation

all this without having to register or login. I read that there have to be the passage of the recording, and then disable the step just below the screen. In the free version, however, is not possible. How can I fix? I'm forced to register customers?

That will indeed require to change the "registration" option to "no registration" in the checkout options of the configuration and that is only possible in the commercial editions.
