Setting up delivery instructions and time frames,

Is Hikashop setup to do the following as well. And if it does how can setup my site so that it is able to do it.

1. When a payment is made, we would like Hikashop to automatically send the customer Invoices of Payments.
2. Invoices should contain, delivery instructions and time frames.


If I would like to include a tracker in my shop, so than it sends the customer a tracker number to track their goods? How can this be setup in Hikashop?

To add informations to the invoices, you can edit the view "order / invoice" in the backend template.

For the tracker, you can create a custom field in the table "order" which can be edited in the same time as the order.

my client recently purchased Hikashop Business from you lot. Isn't this plugin suppose to be part of the package. My client's site is now using Hikashop Business. I would think this plugin be part of the Hikashop business.
