some optimization questions

Hello everybody!
i have some problems with import/export in hikashop. I have about 30 categories and each have some additional fields. Exported file is very very big and not useful. is it some soft for hikashop to optimizied this process?
and i need to make about 15 filters to each category. how can i do it fast? meybe, with database?

There is no soft optimized for this process, you can use Excel or OpenOffice or Notepad++.
Can you be more precise about the filters ?
