National symbols of weight and the size

There is no possibility to get national symbols of weight and the size.

Reason:
Conversion is made in php, where weight and dimension symbols are arrays names.
Offer:
Can take out it separate base (MySQL or ...) where a binding to make not to symbols, and codes.
And, for the purpose of reduction of quantity of inquiries, it is possible to read out in a file symbols and transfer factors in a component.

Also won't prevent to publish a changeslog.txt

I'm not sure I understand your request. Do you use other weight units than the ones already in HikaShop in your country ? Because we already cover a lot...

м,дцм,см,мм and кг, гр - it is written by Cyrillic symbols.

Ok. In that case, you need to use the normal symbols in hikashop and then change their translation in the config under the tab languages.
For example, you can add the lines:

M="м"
DM="дцм"

etc

Then, the symbols will then be displayed in russian when the current language is russian and normally in another language.
