Checkout not working

Hi,
I am quite new to joomla and in the process of building an e-commerce site www.fonefixhoniton.co.uk i installed the JSN Teki Joomla 3 templat ealong with Hikashop on to my own pc to build a site to practice on and all went well.

I have since designed the same site live and all seemed to be going well, however if i attempt to go to the checkout when there are no products in the basket i get the usual message staing i have no products which of course is fine. When i add a product to the basket and attempt to go to the checkout i get this url www.fonefixhoniton.co.uk/iphone-repairs/iphone-4s/checkout when directing there from the product page which is a blank page !! if i attempt to just click the checkout button i again get a blank screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and i thank you in advance.

Hi,

If you have blank page, it means you have a PHP error.
By activating the joomla debug mode and changing the error reporting level in the global joomla configuration (system & server tabs) you could retrieve more information directly from the website.
Otherwise, you have to check your PHP error log to see more details about the error.

Without this error report, we can't know what happening exactly so we can't know what as to be fixed and where.

Hi, I have enabled debug mode and get this error when going in to the checkout after adding a product.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/sites/fonefixhoniton.co.uk/public_html/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysql.php on line 397

When i enable Devoloper mode for debugging level i get this error with a product in my cart:

When there is no product in the cart i get as in the attached screen shot.

Hi,

Your PHP memory limitation is set to 24MB which is very low.
Please increase this limitation to 64MB

It is something you have to change in the configuration of the web server.
