Watermark Internal Server Error

Hi!
I kept getting this error every time i try adding watermark in configuration.

That error doesn't give any information on the problem.
Please open your PHP error log and look for the fatal error message there. That fatal error message will give information on what's going on and will allow us to tell you what to do.
If you don't know how to access your PHP error log, you can ask your hosting company.

That comes from the apache error log.
Could you ask your hosting company how to access your PHP error log ?

I have the same problem. Can you tell me where to place the watermark image manually?

Hi,

To add it manually you have to go in phpMyAdmin and add an entry with the "config_namekey" set to "watermark" and set the image link in the "config_value" field.

You have to place the image in the "media\com_hikashop\upload" folder.

Thanks. I might just do a batch overlay on my source files. I don't like messing with the base level stuff. It's hard to document for others if I'm not there.

When this option is set, then the other people just have to replace the image in the folder "media\com_hikashop\upload" and the watermark will be changed.

To solve the problem, can you give us the returned error in your php error log ?
