Could you add in what the column headers could be? What columns can we use? Do they have to be in order?

The columns header will vary based on the custom fields you configured, the characteristics you configured, etc. We cannot give a complete list.

Export a product and you will get a CSV with all the columns you can use.
There is no particular order.
