Can't change "Ordering" in Plug-in Manager

I can not change the "Ordering" in Plug-in Manager: HikaShop Authorize.net payment plugin

When I click the drop down options for "Ordering" and choose "0. HikaShop Authorize.net payment..." and then click "Save" the setting keeps reverting to "0. HikaShop Western Union Payment..." See the attached png file.

Any ideas how to make "0. HikaShop Authorize.net payment..." stick/take??

That is totally handled by Joomla. So maybe a bug of Joomla ?
Try to change the ordering of your plugins via the listing of plugins. There is an ordering column where you can change the ordering of several plugins are once. It might work better here.
