403 error forbidden - email notification

when trying to save changes to email notifications (system -> email), the administration page gives " Error 403 forbidden, You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server. "

I can not modify the content of any email.

Any solution?

Hi,

This looks like an issue of server restrictions. Maybe you could talk to your hosting company regarding that error ?

The simplest though will be to amend the email notifications directly in the folder media/com_hikashop/mail instead of via the interface.
