'Agree with terms' on place product in cart

'Agree with terms' on place product in cart was created by wozzie
For a few products we would like a customer to agree with additional terms of use. Is there a way we can display an additional terms of use page, popup (or whatever) for specific products? E.g. at the moment they place a product in the shopping cart, or when they start the checkout proces?

Hi,
You could create a custom field of the table "item" and of the type "checkbox" and maybe a second "custom text" one to display the link to the terms and these would display directly above the add to cart button on the product page. You will be able to restrict them per product category and that way it should meet all your requirements.

Seems to work partial. Not all products need an 'agree'.
I would like to only show an agree checkbox (item list) if on a product (product, in the backend) a checkbox has been placed in the 'user has to agree' box. I can only filter the availability of the agree checkbox (item) based on the availability of other item custom fields.

Hi,
The best solution will be as Nicolas said, to add your 'user has to agree' products in a category, and restrict the display of your 2 other custom fields to this category.
