Hi

Is there an ability for the customer to print a returns form for an item they have received from an order, similar to what Amazon does.

i.e. the customer opens an order and selects an item to return, at which point a form is displayed with the details which can be included wit the item when posted back.

Hi,

There is no system for that. It would require some development.

Thank you for letting me know.
