Hi, Is it possible for a product to be available only to certain countries. There are products with a regional constraint and I want to hide them for other countries. Happy new year.

It's not possible to hide products for some countries.
However, it's possible to forbid their purchase for some countries.
For that, you need to have several set of shipping methods for the different zones where you ship, and you want to activate the "shipping price per product" setting in them.
Then, when you edit a product, you have a "shipping prices" area where you can add "block" restrictions on the different shipping methods.
