Why not. For now we don't have any documentation nor a test account for this one so we would first need that to see how we could do it.

Allright ... I was just saying because a few banks do advice their customers for this service, seems like commissions are not as important.

Yes. Apparently, you need to have a hosting with CGI and be able to use the exec function.
