Seller verification system and seller buyer rating

Hello,
I am seriously looking for a a multivendor solution, and have 3 questions about this solution:
- Does it have a feature that will let me verify the seller first by letting him to send me a scan of his ID?
- Is it a real multivendor solution?
- Does it have the possibility to let seller and buyers post positive or negative reviews about each other, and get +1 for positive reviews and -1 for negative?

- You can use a manual vendor registration in HikaMarket. So you will be able to validate the scan of his ID to activate/publish the vendor.
- Yes.
- We integrated the vote system to vendors. Users have the possibility to vote and comment vendors.

This sounds like very close to what i need, just one more question, does this component include a Russian localization?

HikaShop have but HikaMarket haven't.
It uses a lot of HikaShop translations but some elements will require some translations.

Users are free to translate our components. Some users share they files and we include them into the packages (and add their name in our thank you page).
