1) With Hikashopmarketplace can each vendor have their own authorize.net gateway.
I don't want to collect the money.
If yes I understand they would have to checkout multiple times if buying from more than one vendor.

Wanted to see if Hikashop Marketplace has a way to charge shipping per vendor.
Example
products from vendor A= free shipping when purchasing over $25
products from vendor A= cost for shipping per product when purchasing under $25

With HikaMarket, you can create one payment method per vendor ; for the moment the payment methods has to be created in the backend but we are working on it for the next release.

Unfortunately, it is not possible and it does not work that way.
If you want the customer to pay directly the vendor, you must put a vendor limitation in the cart to only have one single vendor.

The HikaShop shipping system allow you to create several shipping methods with restrictions.
So you can have one manual shipping method for "more than $25", which will have free shipping (without shipping price per product).
And you can have a second manual shipping method for "less than $25" which will use the shipping price per product.
