Shipping and payment costs

Hi,

I still have problems to configure the fee payments properly.

Can i separat it as follows:
- delivery per VinoLog: the costs will be payed through the store and not from vendor
- other deliveries should be payed from vendor

Payment-costs:
- should be payed from store only.

please find attached some screen shots. I want, that the shipping costs for eg. VinoLog are not added to the vendor payment, like the payment costs. But do i configure that?

Hi,

The words you used are a little bit confusing.

When you use the "shipping per vendor" option ; you let the customer choose one shipping method per vendor.
It means that the cost of the shipping will be affected to the corresponding vendor.

More than that, you have the setting "split shipping fees" which means that in case when there is no "shipping per vendor", you want to split the cost of the shipping to the different vendors in the order.
And you have also activated the split of the payment fees ; which means that if the payment method have a cost, the vendor will have a part of that fees. In your case I think that you do not have any payment price set for your payment methods ; but if one day you set them.. You will have some issues if I understand right

Please explain what you want to achieve exactly.
Because even if you deactivate the features I mentioned ; I'm a not sure at all that it will feet to what you want ; I think that you have set this options for a reason...
