I think is related with this issue www.hikashop.com/forum/19-hikamarket/885...frontend.html#246321 , the payment plugin not fully save to database from frontend, have to save it from bankend then it work.

Solve this this issue www.hikashop.com/forum/22-market-bug-rep...frontend.html#246321 then this will solve too, is due to vendor own payment plugin not working.

In demo site, login to vendor, add new payment, then test checkout, the payment created won't show/work. Then login to backend re-save the payment plugin then test checkout it will work.
