Unknown column 'address_type' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT * FROM #__hikashop_address WHERE address_published = 1 AND address_user_id = 24 AND address_type IN ('', 'billing')

When I navigate as a Vendor in the Front-End to an Order wire page and try to "Select Address" I receive the following error:-
