maybe you say that I'm not using the new version of hikamarket but the problem still exist because I test it in your demo site.
Hikamarket> Access> Vendor options>Maximum images per product

It dose not work and vendors can upload unlimited pictures in product creation page

Since it is not possible to upload in the demo website ; you can't reach the limitations.
Afterwards, the limitation system is based on the number of files in the vendor folder ; it will not work on the main vendor.
So please provide details regarding your configuration, the content in the vendor upload folder and the test you're performing.
