vendors cannot edit or remove value

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.5.1
-- HikaMarket version -- : 2.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.12
-- PHP version -- : 7.2.10
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox 62.0

I bought hikashop business & hikamarket multivendor. Please help me.

I have a problem. Look:

1- go to site

2- go to menu: => Área de Tiendas => Aministra tu tienda;

3- go to the front-end vendor (hikamarket multivendor)

4- go to products, then open the product with name:
liparota003

5- in this product liparota003 the vendor cannot delete Shipping prices of 24 € when push trash icon

or change number for example from 24 € in 12 €

6- please press push of trash icon for 24 € in shipping prices and save

7- go to liparota003 24 € in shipping prices is not delete

7- the 24 € is only possible change in other number (or delete) in the hikashop back-end with user admin

it is important for me that users can delete and change the price of shipping costs on the individual product
