I am not sure that I have understood clearly your question.
After the installation of HikaMarket, you would be able to assign a vendor for your actual HikaShop products.
This operation is just possible in the backend for the moment and would be possible in the front end later.
All products are still HikaShop products so, the general catalog would not be affected and you can remove the "sold by" information if you don't want that your customer knows who is the vendor.
