How would I assign a user as the manager of the vendor account, They would have the ability to generate reports, but not modify any thing.?

Hi,

For a vendor, you can specify an administrator. The admin will have basically all rights that the vendor account have.
But you can add the administrator as a regular user too and at this moment, set some specific rights for the account.

To set a vendor administrator or change the vendor ACL, you have to edit the vendor itself in the HikaMarket backend.
