shipping VAT added on total seller

I Cannot understand why fees of all sellers are correctly calculed but add VAT from shipping on it !

hikamarket global configuration is configured without include shipping for calculate fees;

please take a tour into the screenshot below and tell me how to exclude this VAT.

You are in the mode where the vendor is paid directly.
That's why the vendor total is negative.

It means that the vendor receive all the money, including taxes.
So the vendor have to pay back the store fees and it includes the taxes that he does not handle itself.

1) I have a doubt about this procedure, because the shipping cost is supported directly by the vendor with VAT for my part in this configuration.

2) we using paypal adaptive payment in parallell mode and wish to know if it's possible to retain the fee before transfering to the vendor's paypal account.

Please can you confirm me ?

Hi,

You shouldn't be in "vendor paid directly" market mode, this mode is only required when the vendor is really paid directly (adaptive payments are not that).

And no, that's not possible to retain the fee with paypal adaptive; that's in fact the opposite goal of the paypal application.
At this moment you should use a classical payment method (and also with mode "store paid directly") and pay your vendors when you want to pay them.

Well, as I tried to explain in a previous message ; the fact that you're using a wrong "market mode" impact the vendor total and the taxes.
By using the classical "market mode" (store paid directly), your new orders will be quite better regarding the shipping and the VAT.

You modified your post in the same time I answer. So...

The Vendor payment in HikaMarket is perform thanks to the "Pay" button in the backend (while seeing a vendor details).
At this moment you can select the order to pay and choose the payment method (paypal or manual).

Using "paypal adaptive", when the order is refund in paypal, the money it take back from every recipients ; it is something safe.
If there is a problem with an order or with the vendor, paypal can handle that.

To be honest, when not using Adaptive payment, I really prefer that the payment be made by a human and not using a plugin to make itself a money transaction to the vendor.
