Automatic vendor creation and required fields

Hi,

I surely need more information about the automatic vendor creation process and the way it works with vendor required fields.

From what I have seen, it seems that vendor accounts are automatically validated at user creation and that the new user is not forced to fill in missing fields in its profile before creating products for example.
I would like the user to see an error message indicating he must complete his profile when he tries to go on his control panel.

Is it something I need to configure ?

Hi,

Yes, when you're using the automatic vendor creation, the vendor account is created and got a pretty empty profile.
HikaMarket try to fill as much it can using the vendor data but for sure some custom field could be empty.

There is no check in HikaMarket during the different actions (product creation, etc).
I'm wondering on which actions we should add the checks of the fields ; the product creation only ? Or also on product edition (in case) ? Other type of edition (like plugin) ?

Thanks for the prompt reply !
In my opinion, the vendor should be prevented from doing any sale so at least from creating or editing any product or variant until he has correctly fulfilled its profile.
