There is no image limitation in the current HikaMarket release but it is something we can add in the next one.

Just thinking aloud...:
In a perfect world there'd be
#1. a global setting,
#2. a setting per user group (overriding #1),
#3. a setting per vendor (overriding #1 and #2).

Now, this might be asking for "too much". Guess either #1 and #2, or #1 and #3 would work well in the majority of cases where needed.

By default it will be #1 and #2 and not #3 because it is a "vendor option" like the other limitations that you can find under "HikaMarket > Accesses > Vendor Options".
