The vendor registration page is not responsive

You will see that the vendor registration use " dl / dt / dd " for the fields.
Thanks to some CSS via the " dt.hikam_options ", you can change the "dt" to not be "float", not have a "width" and not align to the right ; you can also change the "dd" to not have a margin-left.
