How to avoid error 404 because of special characters

When I add a product with a special character in the name, I get some complications with the url.
For example: "Chicken Piccata with Pasta & Mushrooms"
The url of the product comes to .../component/hikashop/product/131-chicken-piccata-with-pasta-/-mushrooms-
It's a 404 error page...
The correct page is .../component/hikashop/product/131-chicken-piccata-with-pasta-mushrooms

Ideally, I anticipate other questions, I would like something like: .../something1/something2(if necessary)/chicken-piccata-with-pasta-mushrooms
