Automatically un-/publish Vendor

Hello,
I know it exists but I can not find the information anymore: how to handle the automatic Publishing/Unpublishing the vendors + their categories+products.

Even if I plan to move to HikaSubription in the near future I need to get this working with PayPlans for now.
I thought it was only needed to move the user inside or outside a joomla user group but it does not seems to work like this anymore?

Can you please describe in details the correct steps or point me to the correct documentation?

It's the setting "Vendor automatic creation" plus the next registration setting regarding the Joomla user group filter.
