How to add custom field in edti status for vendor

I have add a custom field type order called Comment .. And I would like to know how to appear it in the edit status popup for vendor . Please refer to my attachment

There is no setting or option to do that.
It would require some customization including a view override (for the popup content) but also some custom plugin in ordre to handle the content submission and performing the various action to update the data in several orders and sub orders.
Please note that it requires some development/PHP knowledge.

I'm sorry but I can't show an example since there is no available plugin which could be near what you want to achieve.
The kind of development which would be needed for your request is important ; it is not something which can be done in few minutes but several intensive hours of work (days depending the specifications).
