Vendors ship to supplier (not client)

When a user orders on our site, I want the Vendor to only receive a notification of the product that needs to be shipped, they then ship it to us, we compile the package, and the client receives the product from us.

How can I change the detail received by Vendors when a product is paid for?

1 - Yes, you need to use the order notification filter and select only the status that you want to send email for.

2 - Without more details about what you want to do exactly, all I can tell you right now is that you can override every emails in HikaShop (system > emails) including the HikaMarket emails.
