HikaShop manual shipping plugin - translation

Hi there,

I allow vendors to use/create own shipping options. My questions are:
1. How to translate "HikaShop manual shipping plugin" to more friendly name? (the don't understand it) - screen "shipping_plugin_01"
2. Is there a way to skip displaying this step ("HikaShop manual shipping plugin" - ) and just show form "add new"? It would be much(!) more intuitive. In other words: by going from: screen "shipping_plugin_00" (skipping screen: "shipping_plugin_01") straight to screen: shipping_plugin_02
