Updatable order statuses

i still don't understand how it works Updatable order statuses ;-(

Orders authorized for modification in the front-end ??

demo.hikashop.com/administrator
Updatable order statuses > empty

demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/hikamarket/vendor-control-panel
Orders Page > click it on the order number > Click on the button Edit status... and change the status of the order!?

When the list is empty, you do not apply any restriction.

You have "refunded" in your list and the order you're editing is "refunded" ; thus you have the right to change its status.
Please note that in our demo website, the "demo" user is also an administrator thus it can have more right than a classical vendor.
