Required payment plugin name field

Hello

When a vendor sets his payment plugin, the name of the plugin is not mandatory and the payment method can be saved without a Name.

Then, this payment method shows in cart as a single radio box. (clients do not know what this payment method is. They just see a radio button.

How can we make the Name field be required before vendor saves the payment method?

We'll add a check in order to refuse the save of the shipping/payment plugin without a name.
