The error comes from the database update made by HikaShop 6.7.0/6.7.1: it moves the HikaShop tables to utf8mb4 so emojis can be saved. On your database some HikaShop tables were already in utf8mb4 with another collation (utf8mb4_general_ci vs utf8mb4_unicode_ci) and the update left them as they were. MySQL then refuses the queries that join these tables, which is why the product pages and the products listing of the backend fail. Your data is not damaged, so there is no need to reinstall anything.
We have corrected HikaShop so that the update and the "Check database" button put all the HikaShop tables on the same collation. Until that version is available, you can fix your site in two minutes:
1. Make a backup of your database.
2. Unzip the attached database.php.zip and upload the database.php file it contains to administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/ on your site, replacing the existing file.
3. In your backend, go to Components > HikaShop > System > Configuration and click the "Check database" button in the toolbar ( www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/54-hikashop-config.html ). It will report the tables it converted, and your product pages will work again.
If you prefer to do it directly in phpMyAdmin, the attached align-hikashop-collation.sql.txt file contains the queries to run, with the explanations.
