Order status after paypal payment

it is a lot time i have noticed that after a customer has payed an order by Paypal the status of its order is Always created and not payed.
What can i do?

There is a "search" box, by typing "paypal" you can access to the "paypal issues" page (like access to the paypal configuration page) :

I will check the problem with the integrated documentation. It looks like that, during the website migration, something was wrong configured.

What kind of URL i have to insert when set to on the IPN?

The IPN URL is "dynamic". The plugin can send an URL which will override the configured one.
But if no IPN url specified, it will use your default one.

It as to be: You have to replace "YOUR_WEBSITE" and "YOUR_LANGUAGE" with the url of your website and your default language code (HikaShop will load the customer language after loading the order, it's just in case for error messages sent by email).
