How to export the necessary date for the accounting / bookkeeping?
What is the usual way of doing this?

When I choose "Table" within Reports only a small empty popup appears.

Hi,

Usually, you click on the "export" button of the orders listing and you get a full CSV of all the information of the orders that you can then feed to the accounting software's CSV import system (after adapting it a bit in excel).
If you use quickbooks (it's the most used accounting software) or if your software is compatible with the quickbooks files, we propose a plugin so that the exported file is already is the correct format:

Hi Nicolas, I'm trying out the quickbooks plugin on HikaShop [1310121420] and Joomla 2.5.8, but format which exports as a CSV file doesn't seem to be any difference between the exported CSV file without the quickbooks plugin. Am I missing a step? Thanks guys.

That would mean that the plugin is not enabled. Can you check that in the joomla plugins manager ?

It's enabled. I checked that already. I looked at the plugin creation date and it looks like the files were published 03/06/2013. Is there a new version of this plugin?

There is no new version. The plugin code has always been the same. How are you tryin gto export the CSV ? The "export" button on the orders listing of the backend ?
