Black box for quantity before add to cart button was created by dbarry

Is the Black Box with White number on the product page for quantity before the add to cart button coming from hikashop or template?
If hikashop can I change it to white box with black number?

The box is displayed by HikaShop but the styling is done by your template. So yes, you can change that in the CSS of your template.
