Cannot create an account

I am trying to setup Hika shop and i am facing the following problem: Even though from the configuration panel i have enable the login there is no way someone can use this as when i try to create an account i get the message " Registration is not allowed".
Your help will be much appreciated

You should allow the registration in the options of the joomla user manager.
