I think I accidentaly deleted the PayPal plugin. is there anyway to fix it with out reinstalling the shop?

Download the install zip, extract it on your computer with 7-zip software, go in the folder back/extensions/plg_hikashoppayment_paypal and zip back the files there. Then, install that new zip on your website and it will install the PayPal plugin.
