Error 1146 - not able to install

Hi, i have tried to install Hikashop many times now, but unfortunately without any luck.
First i installed the .gz file from local pc, and it just tryed to install for a long time before it timed out. Then i tried to install using ftp, unpacking and uploading the files in the .zip to a dir on the server. Same happened then, it timed out.

I noticed the site was very slow so i talked to my host and they say that the server has been very slow today cause of changing customers to another server and therefore the workload has been hard on the server. Now they have moved my site to the new server and i immediately notice that everything works much faster.
So what i did before trying to install was:

DELETE FROM `jos_menu` WHERE link LIKE '%com_hikashop%';
DELETE FROM jos_extensions WHERE element = 'com_hikashop';
DELETE FROM jos_assets WHERE name='com_hikashop';

Then i tried to install from the ftp. It went much faster this time but returned the following message:
Error 1146: xxxx.ys9u3_hikashop_config' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT * FROM ys9u3_hikashop_config

I dont now what to do next, any advise please ?

That's because Joomla considers HikaShop already installed and didn't install the SQL file with all the tables in it.
You need to run these queries again in your database, rename the folders components/com_hikashop and administrator/components/com_hikashop via FTP and do an install via FTP again and it should work.

Then, extract the file back/tables.sql from the install package. Then, open it with notepad++ or another text editor and change all the table prefixes #__ with your table prefix ( it's v7tf5_ in your case) and then import the SQL file in your database via your phpmyadmin.
Once done, run again the installation and it will work.

Dear Nicolas..ia hve done all again...and i still getting th same message. I checked the tables and prefixes were added....I am blind now.....can you pease give me advices what to do?.

It's not possible that you get the same message if you imported the tables with the correct prefix in the database.
Either the tables were not imported in the correct database, or not with the correct prefix.

Thank you Nicolas. The problem is that SQL comes with 2 "__" so it was only necessary to add the prefix without "_". Now it is installed. Thanks for your support.
