I would like to migrate HikaShop Business (2.3.1) to HikaShop Starter without product / menu item / modules / settings losses. Is it possible? I was looking for, but I did not find tips about this matter. Just need use 'install extensions' ?
Yes, that's possible. Simply install the Starter edition on top of the Business edition and it will downgrade without losses. It's the same as for the upgrade process.
