No images & no thumbs after cvs import

Hi Guys,

Sorry for such a basic issue but I have messed about with the cvs file and imported many times without success. The import is straight forward with all data importing without error except the images. They have all been uploaded to the upload folder but after importing the cvs file, no images appear in the shop and no thumbnails are created in the thumbnail folders.

Any help/suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi,

The CSV is ok, so I guess it's one of those things:
- You didn't upload the images in the "upload folder" of the configuration
- You have a different case between your filenames in the CSV and the filenames in the upload folder (the best is to have lowercase for the whole filename in order to avoid any case issue)
