sort productlisting was created by winstart
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no error

is there a simple way to sort the display of the products on price or newest or name
whatever the customer wants
just like the filter option

Hi,

Yes, when setting up a filter, select the type "single dropdown", "apply on" "sort" and then in "sort" select the desired values.

that works but the other filters don't seem to work
if i choose for instance at collectie/cocktailjurken in 'kleur' 'blauw'
the selection is empty while there is a blue dress
also with sizes and sorting dito

it worked but now it doesnt
what am i doing wrong

Hi,


Could you allow the user account you provided to be able to access the Joomla configuration so that we could try again with the "error reporting" and "debug mode" option turned on ? That would allow us to analyze further the problem.

I'm also strugling with filters and sorting items.
I manage to create a filter for sorting products like you explain here but, how can hay order by my custom filds?

Hi,

I see the problem in your website, I am not able to reproduce it in our test websites but we have several modifications in the class filter since the last release.
In order to fix this problem fast, please provide me a FTP access so I will be able to apply the modifications in the class filter and check that it solve the problem ; I will also be able to create a new patch if our latest modifications are not for your specific case.

Hi,

Thanks for the accesses.
I applied a patch in your filter class ; the result I got seems good (when I use filters on characteristics).
Can you please confirm me that you do not have any trouble with the filters ?

Hi,

This patch is not in the 2.3.3 but will be in the 2.3.4 if you confirm that what Jérome made is working fine ;)
If you update to 2.3.3, you will loose the changes.
