Unable to change order status after update

When I try to change order status from created to confirmed the pop up window just has:

{address_company} {address_title} {address_firstname} {address_lastname} {address_street} {address_post_code} {address_city} {address_state} {address_country} Telephone: {address_telephone}





What is the quickest way to fix this?

I have fixed this by downloading the newest version of Hikashop
