Brainforge UK Postcode won't handle two options was created by Caroline345
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.18
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Internet Explorer 11.0.13
We are using the brainforge plugin as recommended on this forum for shipping by UK postcode but it isn't handling the shipping when there are two shipping options available for a customer. If there are two options, you can select the second option but it just refreshes the page and you lose the selection, so it doesn't go anywhere. We would be very grateful for your help!

Hi we think it could be a code clash with some customising we did. Is this likely to be the cause?

HI,
It is indeed likely to be because of customization.
If you customized the views of HikaShop via the Display>Views menu, you can just rename the folder templates/my_template/html/com_hikashop/checkout temporarily to deactivate the override views of the checkout and see if that helps.
