ok i adjusted munual shipping but there no any shipping methods in frontend

Ok so if you just don't see any of your shipping method through your checkout workflow and face a "shipping method not found" error message, you should firstly follow the "Shipping methods" section of the FAQ : www.hikashop.com/support/faq.html

this is another a web side
i dont have any weight and quantity restristion setting just manual shipping but not seeking a shipping methot frontend

You should maybe follow the each step of the FAQ again so that you can check the basic shipping issues : www.hikashop.com/support/faq.html

And if it's still not working, giving me a temporary access to your back-end through a private message so that I can directly check it can be a solution.

Your issue is probably coming from the fact that you didn't set any weight/dimensions on your product configuration page.

As it's said on the "Shipping methods" section of the FAQ :

5) Check that your products have a weight, otherwise, the system won't display any shipping methods as it will consider the products as virtual goods.

If you don't want to add any weight, you'll have to set the "Force shipping regardless of weight" option to YES through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout".
