Delivery and invoice adress

Is it possible to fix the invoice adress and only have the possibility to change or alter the delivery adress?

Hi,

No but there is the possibility to fix the shipping address and allow the customer to change the billing address.
So if you want the opposite, the simplest would be to change the translations so that the shipping becomes the billing address and vice versa.
