and how to correct this? It happens with "Check Payment Method and Stripe"

Check if the mail function is enabled in the Joomla Global Configuration. Looks very much as if it's disabled there.

As you know three choices exist in Joomla config PHP, Sendmail, SMTP. The mail was shut off because customers were getting notifications of new registered users. Does one of these cause the notification problems? If I turn back on has this problem been fixed with the latest upgrade?

Question #2 what is the cost to upgrade from business to multi vendor in dollars?

Answer #2:
The cost of it in dollars depends on which dollar (US, AU, NZ, SG, ...) and the actual individual exchange rate of the day. Because it's EUR 150, as can be seen here on the site. And it's not an "upgrade" but a separate extension to any of the HikaShop editions.

Question 1 : Google is telling me that it's Joomla.

Question 2 : There is no upgrade from Business to Multi-vendor ; HikaMarket is an add-on for HikaShop, not an upgrade.
