MAP Pricing

can we setup MAP(Minimum Average Price) pricing on products?

I have a t least 20 items that I have MAP pricing on that when I have a sale I have to change pricing on

I believe that you're talking about something similar to the MSRP ( manufacturer's suggested retail price ).
So why not use the "retail price" field of your product (which is for that) ?

Do you mean "see price in cart"? If so, Hikashop I don't believe offers that option. I was able to create it on my own, and I can share it with you, if needed. However, I would need some time to find it, as I ended up not using it on any existing site, but I'm sure I saved the code!
